I don't consider R/S as such bad news -75% for what ? first even with pic of document as r/s, but won't be approve b c of lack of equity after r/s. than company should pay $2500 to apply to see why sec didn't accept the R/S, usually companies leave without following...symbol WSH* same got rejected from r/s 1/100...HRRN r/s is a none issue....100% won't happen...
