BUt I stated clearly it was in the PR and 10-Q.
That the 10-Q didn't spell it out.
The 10-Q shows they sold shares, and the company said it was to fund operations.
10-Q says.
Company says.
Connect the dots.

Not the 10-Q stated this and that, but the 10-Q stated this, and company stated that. Everyone else here who read the PR sure seemed to follow me.
They realize connect the dots is a simple game.
