Thanks for that DD, I have also received a reply from David Kugelman, the Transfer Agent on Sunday @ 2:00PM, very nice gentleman, told me that the Audit will be out as soon as possible also, sorry to have seemed doubtful to your post, I just do not know you from previous tickers and as you know in the basement here we have to stay very diligent.
