Huge Diluting MM has to stop its Endless Huge Dilutions, not with a bid or not.

It is a simple if/then function. If they stop diluting then the Bid will go up. But they will not stop the dilution. Therefore, the Bid will remain no-bid.

Regardless of how it got there it is at no bid.
