It apparently hasn't registered.

This company can't afford to do the work to get a candidate through IND approval even if Seymour had the gumption to declare one as being a "lead".

There is no possible news of any relevance for NNVC, from here through insolvency in 2018, other than news about additional funding, the terms of which won't be positive if they can manage to get it.
