Will McCusker can put whatever he wants or doesn't want on his personal bankruptcy filing. That's his business & his personal problem to deal with. His personal bankruptcy has nothing to do with the company. McCusker's is no longer private and Will McCusker is no longer involved. $MHHC is now a FINRA approved publicly traded company. Frank Hawley is the CEO and I don't see Will McCusker listed on this corporations documents. The past is the past, $MHHC newly trading as $MHHC and has a very bright future under very experienced management.
