thanks for asking !!!!----yes,as many companies do----cgra PRd some long term goals----they were VERY CLEAR that these moves WOULD NOT start untill AFTER 2016 numbers came out,those came out only a few months ago---right in the middle of oil re-works and grow #2----so cgra CERTAINLY NOT so late !!!!1-----HOPE THIS HELPS !!!!
