That must be the royal "we" he's using because there's no one home but Viola.

And I wouldn't count on him ever posting last year's 10-K in addition to the three 10-Qs that he's late on. He doesn't have the cash. And he can't file for deregistration because he's delinquent. Not that the SEC catches OTC companies when they do file one anyway.

People need to ask themselves, what legit company would come on board under Viola to be a subsidiary of DCAC?

That would be great news for anyone holding here..I would definitely want to know the source of this info, especially as you use the word "we" here. I will keep watching here. However, a little volume here is much better than what we have seen all month
