I have held theories concerning a similar revelation for years due to the fact Neom had developed so many subsidiaries. Years back, I had performed searches for "Qode" and had identified one and only one Brand located in any given country. Never more than one brand. I found this odd, although anything is possible.
Qode is trademarked, and most of the websites I identified were either web design sites (ie, Qode Social in Canada). Therefore, I developed a notion that Neom may have been developing businesses in various important regions. It is a long shot, which is my reason for not mentioning it all this time.
But looking back at Neom's shareholder calls, you will recall Iain McCready stating a need for SEO businesses...and it would appear that Qode Social, and most of the sites I'd identified, all appear to provide this service. Additionally, 12 to 18 months ago I posted a link to Qode Social and requested iHubbers' opinions of the logo on their landing page. The logo bore an unusual likeness to Neom's logo...including the colors. They have since changed their logo, and it no longer carries the striking resemblance.
This remains a mere question mark in the recesses of my mind.
