YOu need to come up with a market cap number then divide
by how many shares you will potentially own

assume 1 billion if the pass FDA low side estimate to be safe

They may have 500 million shares or more. 500 for sake of argument.

so at 1 billion you are at 2 dollars a share.

if they r/s 10-1 you have less shares and $20 a share but are market cap still at 1 billion which is the same thing

If your friend would only buy a stock at .38 and wouldn’t be happy with anything less than 5, that friend is a moron!

That being said a buyout based on current shares outstanding could amount to anything from 2 to 12 per share.

It all depends if it occurs prior or after fda approval.

Please tell your friend this isn’t an investment for him as they may go it alone.

tell your friend he needs to buy now because He sure is heck will be buying lower than most of us did and also lower than the offering that just took place

I would tell your friend that the range of realistic "guesses" is pretty wide, and not get bogged down in a specific estimate.

The expected range by various people on this board is anywhere between 2 to 15 PPS at 500 mil outstanding.

Best case scenarios can go higher than those numbers, on the basis of PPS rising due to speculation, hype, and so forth, going at it alone, sales, etc.

Worst case scenario's can be lower...obviously, including losing the entire investment, although that seems less and less likely, and it's a much safer entry point right now as compared to before.

Personally, I think the actual value of TITXF will come with a lot of upside surprises over time. My personal guess is around 2 PPS pre FDA and that it settles at around 4 post FDA.

Then the speculation and buyout rumors start, which could take it a lot further from there independent of fundamentals.

I dream of 20, I hope 10, and would take 8 if I have to.
