Sodexo has a billion dollar program in place to invest in startups. I imagine as long as Abvg keeps supplying the contract is good.
If you have proof there isn't a partnership than please provide because everything else points to a supply contract.

The machines are easy to swap. Yes. It's harder to break the contract with the supplier. Think cell phone plan but with more money on the line.
