While reading this, I believe it would have been very important for LBIE to build a significant position in the CTs after these 8 years.

Was someone thinking at LBIE? Barclays?

JPM & BNYM may not have because they knew exactly what contract they were holding and what deposits they had at their institution.

What say you? The board?
