They did the smart thing for the business...the cost of maintaining the ADR exceeded the revenue stream that came from having the ADR...NBGGY did what any reasonable business would do...they cut an expense that was a losing proposition...

Nobody loses anything and NBGGY just added Millions to their financial statement...
