If we get a buy out offer I want at least 3 bucks a share,to get that you need to clean up the share structure.

I believe in the technology 150%. I just want the 15 billion shares to be reduced to say 500 million.

The company probably could get 10-50 million dollars of monthly income if they went with a "subscription" type of income. That's where they get their income by acquiring 60% of the money that's saved.
