The articles you’ve been posting here are good summations. I remain bearish on SHLD, however, this will not be an over night bankruptcy. They will likely spend another 3-5 years monetizing hard assets and winding down the holding group. Same reason I bought $3.80s on Tuesday. Sears current market cap is around $450M. They could likely spin off Diehard or Kenmore alone for more than that
