Yeah the after hours trades are trades that have to be reported but they didn't want to report them during the trading day because then you might think people were buying this stock and they didn't want you to know that. So $30,000 worth was purchased while you thought nobody wanted it.
There's other games going on as well. I bought some 3s two days ago but at the end someone sold me $2 worth of 2s just to make the stock look like it was sinking.
There's also fake walls up, so be careful there too. I always buy sell using limits. What the fake walls do is lull you into seeing a wall, then you might enter a market order but when you do the wall disappears and your order will fill or sell at a number you weren't planning on. That was happening to me a few weeks ago.
Be careful out there in OTC land. Know what you own and keep your eye on the prize.
