No doubt todays promo was done by a third party looking to dump shares on the day the filings were due. They should be ashamed of themselves. They made the TVOG have to put out a Twitter post even about it. Ruthless!
IMO If it was the CEO selling shares to pay for the 10Q then the PPS would not have been purposely blocked at .0095.
But it was not the company selling shares per the TVOG Twitter post.
