The result of Arcam Aktiebolag’s (publ) (“Arcam” or the “Company”) rights issue, for which the subscription period ended on November 9, 2017, indicates that 4,034,116 ordinary shares, corresponding to 98.2 percent of the offered ordinary shares, were subscribed for by exercise of subscription rights.
