shareholders should mean

more get accurate info...


Not less in a filing...


Those big share dumps

may help explain why

it took share price

so much to fight

above .001 and then

fight above .002...


I wouldn't mind seeing

a review of any

sellers who may have

sold more than net

4% or more of shares

since 09/2017...


CE reply recently in

no way comes close

to the differences

showing between 2nd and

3rd quarter filings and

respective ownership info...


That would be a lot

of shares for folks

to choke down if the

company had 3 or

15 subsidiaries...



I'm disappointed that

CWIR didn't have a

CFO to check everything
