The Co tried for a forebearance clause with C/D Holders and was rejected...any additional financing will come with dire strait Terms also tremendous CON DEBT Still on sidelines!

S/C....Most of the conversion with Tony the Tiger..are at set conversion price...if S/P is below the conversion price..they do have to pound sand until the S/P Rises???
