When do you guys think we
Will see a dollar?

I think it is possible to see $1 sometime in the last two weeks of December.

DIGAF came close to $1 in the past 24 months. That was before the huge gains in crypto currencies, before the addition of the ETH platform, and before the planned ICO.

The ICO should be kicking off in early January (if I understand this correctly) and therefore, I see a big ramp up into the ICO release.

I see Bitcoin nearing $10k by years end and most things crypto related (like DIGAF) should be riding the coat tails of those gains.
