Have you done any research into VFuels? Have you been able to find any press release, or other record of delivery on projects in the United States?
It was formed in Texas in Feb. 2017, and shares a location with a similar entity, under the same registrant data that claims to design natural gas processing systems - also with no verifiable record of any customer deliveries.
VFuels is no more real that MMEX - it is all part of the same scam. The only "delivery" from VFuels is a pair of schematic level diagrams that make up MMEX's TCEQ application. The process flow diagram appears to be adapted from a template in a well-known design tool, and the site plan only marginally more sophisticated. Any undergraduate would be able to produce similar documents from the student copy of that design tool.
The Phase I design documented in MMEX's TCEQ application is rudimentary at best. It can only produce intermediate stream products, which have very little resale value. In addition, there are numerous flaws in the design submitted with the application - which by the way MMEX/Pecos County Refining has to live with under the constraints of the issued administrative permit. The company hand-cuffed itself to a design that can't ever run stably under common imbalance conditions. It is an amateur, rookie set of mistakes.
