RAMA is a fabricator... they're known in the industry for that service.

MMEX announced KPE as their EPC contractor, and RAMA as fabrication services provider for Phase II.

They announced the unknown VFuels as EPC for the Phase I system - VFuels has zero track record of delivery of services in the U.S., and is virtually unknown in the industry.

While RAMA offers EPC services, they are seldom used.
