The Tiny trading volume here means that TRDX only has a small amount of float (estimated around 500M shares) v.s. its peer has just 62M shares of Hyper Tiny float.

Little to no volume usually indicates no interest.

The "peer" hit that .0040 more than 3 years ago, and is now at .0003 (per your chart).
