I'm sure if the effort was made, they could trace the IP Address of whom sent the fraudulent PR.

Also funny, how we haven't seen any of the usual faux outrage over anything that happens here.

Normally we'd see countless claims of "reports" and complaints to the SEC. I guess this behavior is OK.
