But as of right now ...we have these following Facts
1.The name change still hasn’t taken place although it was mentioned earlier in the summer time that it would be done and now tomorrow is day 7 of the new timeline Steve addressed in the Conference Call

2. Share Reduction is supposedly going to be showing up on December 15 but that can’t be verified as of right now

3.However Steve did mention on the conference call that they would need to be converting some shares for some company expenses, and we got A T trade yesterday ...will we see another one today after hours ..If we do see one today I would feel very comfortable in saying share structure is actually on the rise as opposed to decreasing...

4.We still have no verifiable signed contracts with anybody Steve has supposedly done business with!!!

5. It’s starting to smell more like a stinky pinky with each day that goes on
