Fixed it for $TXHD:

No breaking 2. Really breaking 2 would drive it to a new all time low. If the market wants this at 1s right now it can easily be be done on the bid. They can easily force that down. I'd imagine you'd see one of the diluters pop back on the bid though. They have each day it dumped hard.
