Ike Vakser, a.k.a. Edward Vakser (or the other 5 names he has) is prolly doing nothing right now except drinking wine and being harangued by his wife.
If i were to guess what he was doing it would be along the line of "what rumor/announcement" could be made that would excite the gullibles in the OTC, then once that is done offer BLOCKS and BLOCKS of shares to certain "well followed" peeps at .00001 or .000001 then release the LIES and create bagholders galore, while the ones who bought BLOCKS and BLOCKS of shares gain easily and others lose handily.
