APPZ hasnt filed with the SEC in over 2 years. Their business license expired years ago so they are no longer a business. The SEC will at some point revoke APPZ and it will be gone. When that will happen only the SEC knows.
As for your shares they will remain in your brokerage account but they will have 0 value.
