I think you're right, but for the wrong reasons. Look what Leo did in holding off on the P interim - that one is much more of a crap shoot, if only b/c there are competitors already in that space. I think everyone here thinks BOM will be good, but I don't expect a partner until P results are out in 1Q '18.
If P is good then Leo is negotiating from a position of strength. If P is bad I think we'll see a partner for BOM the next day. That's a much smarter way to operate, and to protect shareholder value. See what you have first, then deal.
We'll see how it plays out, but I'd be looking for that.
