From what I've learned so far New Strike is a mineral mining company that entered into an agreement with HPI for a stake in the MJ sector back in February of this year... link attached (maybe the reason for subsection?). The proposed buyout from Cannimed was for .033 Cannimed shares to 1 New strike... depending on what share price you use (before or after the gap) that comes out to .41 or .51 per share for New Strike shares. This one is definitely worth watching...but maybe not for long?
