Yes thank you. But I can say that Turner is not behind the promo and as far as I know TVOG doesn't even have free shares to dilute with.

My best guess is I remember a few groups loading up on this and talking about it last July maybe? I bet they got sick of holding and are having some of their fellow promo buddies do this. Nothing else makes sense.
