Blinder & Robinson ran their scam stocks in the 70s & 80s, in 1990 an administrative law judge barred Meyer Blinder from the securities business for life. He died in 2004.

I believe the Wolf of Wall Street defrauded investors in the 1990s. It appears there’s always a new fraudster to take the old scammer’s place.
