My takeaway is positive - the nuance here is that single port is a viable option. Not only that but it may be the natural progression for most robotic surgery...?Burke made it sound like single port was an inevitability about which he's been skeptical and SPORT showed him it's not only possible but more desireable than multiport. Am I just buying into the hype?

Could also be that Advincula needs to choose his words carefully bc he still gets money from ISRG...doesnt want to bite the hand that feeds him completely. Thus the “many” procedures and not all...Who knows, but im certain of one thing...this will be our PR life for the foreseeable future...Puff pieces from France, Columbia, and Florida Hospital...some videos etc. It still drives me nuts that they haven’t stated who the list of manufacturers are...did they even say who they are partnering with on the 3D screen? It was Sony at one point...but I believe they are out.
