Perfect. Spot on. Typically you would need to see stock price at $0.013 to get an ASK at $0.014.

$0.014 is a great price. I have been buying 14's and 15's recently.

14s seem like a solid rock bottom; was able to score another 100k, I was filled twice within the past 2 weeks of trading. Someone seems willing to sell at that level, but less and less seems to be available. It just takes some patience to accumulate at that price. GTC orders are the way to go.
