I will add to my previous post for anyone that wants to confirm that Spana and Mills did the same money grab when they signed the deal with King Pharma a couple years back and the deal ultimately fell through completely...all the while Spana and Mills were patting themselves on the back with huge blocks of shares they deemed compensation while the security was running high in the 2.50 range....
What a bunch of crooks stealing from retail investors...they truly should be ashamed...
