Les Price is walking free... after Kevin Tupper boasted how he'd see him in jail... get all the shares back and collect monies... it certainly could appear... that Kevin Tupper worked some backdoor deal with Price... since over 2.88 Billion shares are still outstanding... no monies collected and probably never will be... and zero... nadda... No jail time for Les...

Les WALKED SCOT FREE...!!! That is reality... the facts... don't know how anyone can misinterpret that...???

Les's "benefit"...

According to the 3rd quarter financials, Les cancelled less than 3 million shares of common stock. It sounds to me like he benefited from the remaining 1.5 billion illegally issued common shares which amounts to millions of dollars.
