It can't be difficult for the SEC to get involved when the perpetrator of false informational already has been caught for shady dealings and the SEC has previously cited/fined such individual(s) for SEC infractions.....
no, what seems "fishy" are financials that state that a company has millions in revenues and profits, while the company offloads shares and trades at very low subpenny prices. that is very suspect. real companies with far less claimed revenues and profits trade much higher than icbu. there is just no way for a REAL company with those kind of financials to trade this low, if they are legit. i have said this over and over. that is what makes this stock and company seem like a true scam. that is the conclusion that i have drawn here.
