i think that you don't understand the gap was Not filled for TRTC...but i really don't care to waste more time on this, the pps must come down to the same price, even it is a part of a penny...gaps always fill that way...

INTC had a gap that took well over 10 (maybe 15 ) years to fill.
You could miss a lot of good trades waiting for a gap fill.
Of course the company would have to be legit. (sound financially)
