I believe Scahill gets 60,000 shares current value $60.00 and each director gets 5,000 shares current value $5.00 each. Motivation for everyone to raise the share price!

Scahill has about 91 million shares current value $91,000.00 but there is no ability to sell. Scahill should be the most motivated to raise share price.
