You are incorrect again. Legal MUST review the 10K. We can’t issue it until they release it. We get very specific guidance by outside counsel on the entire document. I mentioned 6 hours because that’s my part but we spend DAYS working with our outside counsel and internal attorneys to file. The businesses only provide material facts, #’s etc... has nothing to do with registering securities.
