You're right, GT. This is not the first time filing late has occurred. I just hope folks don't blow it out of proportion.

Ben responded to a question I had in an email to him regarding PR's. He basically said the company will file the 10q first, even though it will be late.

I am not sure what a late filing means in regards to PR's, but we will find out soon enough. Again, I reiterate what I have been saying since Columbus discovered America in 1492. The key here with this investment is patience. We are ever so close, and there are many things going on taking us nearer and nearer to completing key milestones.

The time is at hand, and I cannot wait.
