Paul, re. conf. call, agree and my prior note about establishing dividends and buybacks and with a definite time frame. The company needs to be completely focused on shareholder value something they gave little thought to but seem to be coming around to. The other good note I took away is someone has handcuffed Solly and they have stopped expansion both at SJAP and the MegaFarm until they get external financing (Farm) and better environment and help by the gov't (SJAP). To me they could get rid of everything but TRW and CA at this point.
