stock would have flown if
(1)merger news was anounced in an official PR
Or
(2) OTC markets site had been updated to reflect merger and new ownership
Or
(3) any new filings had showed up on OTC site
Or maybe even if
(4) the new photos posted on website were translateable
Or possibly even if
(5) the links to the subsidiaries existed and opened
I have a ton of this one but at this point I'm not clear what exactly the company does...It seems like they are putting together a bunch of existing companies and developing the logistics to market and export to other countries, but that's me extrapolating a lot into the little bit info that is there.

Yep, please spare us any more news! Having seen this and JBZ.. of late its obvious that the Chinese need a 101 class on how to communicate with the investors in US Exchanges, companies, etc. They just don't it appears.
