A bit awkwardly written.. Looks like a run of the mill "stock advice" script where a bunch of technical indicators are just thrown in a bag, so I'd take this with a grain of salt.

This bullish "interpretation" doesn't surprise me though. We know how this game goes by now.. if we can push into the 0.20's, we're probably heading further north.
