The valuation payment was in last Q-10. It was paid to MNP, not Jitney. MNP is a very large accounting firm in Canada, doubt they risk repuration to make an extra $80,000 on a penny stock trade.
We are waiting to see if they can get financing at 0.02 US that they are trying to get Jitney to sell in the market
