Yep. They scrapped the merger and are IMO, implying there will be a partnership of sorts. But, IMO, just the same BS noise from what is basically an OTC stock pretending to be legitimate...the same bait and switch as last year, and the year prior. promise, print, dilute, and RS seems to be their actually goal. According to their history, RS will be 10/28/18.
