I really don't see much prospects for any stock under a $1.

And particularly not for any stock backed by shills like this one.

Freestone and Dynamis created a join venture together. That JV is owned 80% by Freestone and 20% by Dynamis.

The merger will create a company with all of the assets of Dynamis and all of the assets of Freestone in one company.

It's a dud run by duds and will remain a dud forever.
