when the entire company for years has been incapable of achieving financing except to sell shares and convertible loans you have to wonder why years later with the company in materially worse shape that suddenly a subsidiary spin off will get financing at all it simply doesn't make sense it simply won't happen it's completely fabricated

Last year in June, they told us in the cc that a conventional loan would be closrd in two to three weeks. No, it never came. Just saying.
