They are not required to file fins with the SEC, but there are OTCM guidelines to follow in order to maintain "Pink Current" status with them.

bingo! the company is under no obligation to file anything. period. they are not an sec registrant.

This is true but they have filed Q reports and financials in the past but you are correct as a alternative reporting pink sheet there is no official Nov 15 "Deadline" so technically they are not "late" I think everyone here was expecting it, wanting it, disappointed when it did not appear yet. The company is not required to post a Q3 by Nov 15 but it's also expected and a normal thing to post a Q3 near that date. But it's important to note no deadline is "missed" here as everyone is posting.

So now what happens? A sell off? Good more buying opportunities time to accumulate cheaper shares!

Look everyone yes it would have been super cool if Q3 comes out today but if it doesn't they are not "late or missed a deadline" and it will still come out very soon along with news, pr, fins and more.
